this month by the california nurses association. >> the windchill wipers and a live shot of s.f. 0 foregoing. >> we are picking up some light rain this morning on storm tracker 4. initially it was up north of the golden gate bridge but we are seeing some stray showers in parts of san francisco. parts of the bay bridge and impacting some of the east bay as well. around the bay area you will need windchill wipers the one-on- one approach in san rafael into ocean beach over to you richmond district. we're detecting a dry break for the bay bridge right now. some of the showers and pushed their way east and we're seeing light rain on highway 13 over portions of the caldecott tunnel. satellite and radar shows this cold front pushing its way closer to the bay area. this is a slow-moving system and the bulk of the wet weather will fall into the overnight hours. i will walk to the timing of the storm coming up in my next report. >> we are still monitoring major counter in delays this morning there was a fatality about an hour ago in palo alto. northbound train no. 103 struck and killed a pedestrian.

recipients. two, you have california and ten other states that are mandating that you can't sell cars in our state at all unless you have zero emission cars as an increasing part of your fleet for sale. so these companies are being forced to build cars that make no money, that lose the money to meet the mandates of these states. i want to point something out. chevy volt already cost $89,000 for gm to make. that's after three-plus billion dollars of just federal subsidies and they sell them for 40,000. so they already lose 49 grand on each volt they sell. this is not a new business model per se. but a very dumb one that we're expanding because of these states. >> brian: chrysler will roll out their own. nissan is backing off. toyota is backing off. we know they went to hibernation on the volt. chrysler is rolling it out, but ten states are mandating plug-in vehicle, clean running vehicles like this? >> 11. california and ten others. maryland, new jersey, yes. they're mandating zero emission cars be an increasing part of their fleet or you can't sell your cars in the state. now, small states l

is highlighting the bigger weather story. we have some moisture in northern california right now. clouds north of the golden gate bridge. this system will continue to say its way south into the bay area. 3:00 p.m. on tuesday we could pick up some light rain for palo lama and as far as napa. we will continue to see the system grow in intensity by 9:00 p.m. tuesday night. dll on the screen indicates moderate to heavy rain and it will continue to sag in march its way south in the overnight hours. waking up wednesday morning for those of you do have to have to work light rain through the heart of the bay area. the good news is it will start to clear out as we head into the afternoon. 7 day around the bay forecast shows a 10 percent chance of some light rain thanksgiving morning. sunshine will prevail until the afternoon and will be a dry one into the friday. saturday and sunday into the weekend temperatures will be in the upper 60s for your afternoon high. upper '40's low 50s for your overnight lows. 7:17 a.m. and we are on to traffic. >> we continue to monitor a slower ride on the bay bridge with
